Dispatcher/Valet

What we're looking for

• Serves as central control for day-to-day vehicle communications, trip routing and handling emergency situations
• Diligently monitors shuttles to include on time performance, vehicle pull outs and properly documents rider no-shows
• Maintains the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with
• Provides clear direction and response over radio with operators and supervisors utilizing established radio codes
• Influences positive employee morale and quality customer service
• Coordinates problem resolution among operators, supervisors and public

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• The employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs

Must haves

• You are at least 18 years old
• Your High School degree preferred
• Your drivers license for at least 2 years
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written correspondence
• Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer
• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner
