Dispatcher - Repair Maintenance (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and radio calls in a timely and friendly manner
• Log and dispatch all communication of relevant information as required
• Follow up on all requests for service or guest/owner concerns and monitor completion times to assure satisfaction
• Check daily Housekeeping reports; monitor and update daily sheets to ensure all cleaned units are coded properly
• Ensure inventory is accurately tracked
• Provide clerical help for the department as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least one year of experience in the Hospitality industry and/or dispatch background
• Ideal candidate will have hospitality experience preferably within a resort or customer service based environment
• Must develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort procedures, and operations and ensure communication of relevant information as required
• Must possess a sincere dedication to providing an unsurpassed level of owner and guest satisfaction
• Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must demonstrate a commitment to the team
• Must be able to multitask in a high-pressure environment
• Must have some computer and typing skills
