The primary responsibility is to manage the dispatch of healthcare equipment and supplies between World PAC facilities in Akron, OH and Fairfield, OH. This includes coordinating logistics, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining communication with customers.

• Cook

• Maintain communication with customers regarding equipment status and delivery timelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar dispatch or logistics role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
