Responsibilities
- Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate the logistics to install parts.
- Utilize system software to communicate to Customer Service Representatives of scheduling capabilities.
- Assist Service Technicians, Supervisors, Managers and Customer Service Representatives daily.
- Manage technician’s workload to achieve compliance goals.
- Communicate any service concern /issues.
- Create work orders, dispatch technicians, and communicate with customers.
- Must remain agile and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.

- Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems a plus.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $18-$23/hour.
