Key Responsibilities
- Regularly clean and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Respond promptly to the company’s emergency and non-emergency calls for help and information.
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing effective solutions.
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedules efficiently.
- Provide Field Technicians with accurate information about orders, obstacles, and requirements.
- Enter customer data into the computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other relevant information.
- Create PDF and Microsoft Office documents as needed.
- Maintain an organized document filing system.
Required Skills
- Proficient in dispatch operations and procedures.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and creating PDF documents.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Service Titan Software Experience (1-2 years)
