The Dispatcher at Aztil Air Conditioning is responsible for creating schedules and assigning technicians to job sites based on profitability and historical performance. Key responsibilities include dispatching technicians efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring all work is completed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for dispatching technicians to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Outbound calling to ensure technicians have full schedules daily.
• Schedule and dispatch correct technicians to customers' homes or businesses.
• Verify work done, invoices, and options sheets are completed correctly.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and schedule follow-ups as needed.
• Order parts as required to avoid leaving customers down.
• Ensure the fleet is properly maintained and meets company standards.
• Return customer and technician calls as needed.
• Check and reply to emails urgently.
• Maintain accurate job summaries as technicians complete calls.
• Verify parts usage as technicians complete calls.
• Rehash opportunities and send option sheet letters as needed.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HVAC systems are also beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching or similar roles preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is beneficial.
