About the role
In Centralized Dispatch, you will provide support by delivering world-class service to our external customers. A Dispatch Operations Agent will have a direct impact on our Cummins Allison Service organization.
- Route service dispatch calls for National and Regional accounts.
- Ensure locations and payment are up to date and the customer is ready to receive service.
- Quote Time & Material service calls.
- Understand service levels by equipment to sell future maintenance contracts.
- Receive calls from the field and input part orders for service technicians.
- Learn and guide basic troubleshooting for customers to resolve simple equipment issues.
Requirements
- High School diploma.
- 1+ years of dispatch experience.
- Substantial experience in providing over-the-phone support.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Outlook.

Schedule
This position is remote but must be in the Central Time Zone. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Every 3 weeks, the Dispatch Operations Agent will work a Saturday or Sunday and have another day off during the week.
Pay
$40,000–$46,000 per year.
