About the role
This is a remote position. Leading Edge Connections is seeking a Remote Dispatch Call Center Agent to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily
- Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to the customer
- Remaining calm in the face of potentially distressed customers
- Being on time each day
- Providing customer service with empathy and care
- Ensuring client needs are met
Requirements
- 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
- Reliable and dependable
- Experience with data entry and word processing is required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must possess basic computer knowledge
- Team oriented with a positive, “can do” attitude
- Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English
Qualifications
- Personal computer (laptop or desktop only; no Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, netbooks, or tablets)
- Processor: Intel® Core™ i5 5200 series or greater; all computers must have at least 4 performance cores
- Memory: 8GB RAM minimum; Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher
- Display: Screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher; dual monitors required for efficiency
- Internet: Reliable high-speed internet with a wired Ethernet connection (hardwired to router)
- Audio: USB noise-canceling headset
- Up-to-date antivirus software with a recent scan completed; firewall must be enabled
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 Monitors/Screens- required
- Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
- Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM
- Experience with DialPad
