Disney Store: Sales Associate (Summer Seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Ensures Guests have “The Best Retail Experience in the World”.
• Engages and provides Guests with an Entertaining and Magical experience.
• Serves as a point of contact for Guests, assessing needs and making appropriate suggestions.
• Works in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, contributing to a fun and dynamic experience.
• Assists Guests in finding solutions that best meet their needs, using all available resources including disneystore.com.
• Treats all Guests and Cast Members with respect and maintains a positive work environment.
• Maintains Disney brand standards in Guest engagement, visual, and housekeeping.
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently and courteously.
• Performs operational tasks as needed based on the business's needs.
• Promotes and maintains a safe working and shopping environment.
• Adheres to company policies outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct.

Qualifications

• Lifts boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. and climbs ladders as required.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted).
• Available for a minimum of two (2) shifts Monday through Friday and has weekend availability during mid-May to August.
• Eligible to work in the United States and must provide verification of legal right to work.
• Aged 18 or older.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in specialty retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong Guest-focused engagement skills demonstrated.
• Ability to receive feedback and take appropriate action.
• Professional appearance and adherence to Disney Store grooming guidelines.
