Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dietary Dishwasher to join our Dietary Services team. The Dietary Dishwasher plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment while supporting the dietary staff in providing quality meal services to our residents. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dishwashing area and kitchen.Assist with cleaning floors, counters, carts, and food service equipment.Remove trash and recyclables from kitchen and dining areas.Follow infection control, food safety, and sanitation procedures.Assist dietary staff with meal service preparation and cleanup as needed.Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Dietary Manager.Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and health department standards.Work cooperatively with residents, families, and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.Previous dietary or dishwashing experience is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
