What We Do

The Dishwasher at Victory Brewing is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for kitchen work areas, equipment, tableware, and utensils by using a machine or manual cleaning methods.

• Ability to work effectively with kitchen staff.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while being detail oriented and thorough.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in high volume and pressure environments.
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene.
• Prolonged periods walking or standing.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 60 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
• Must be capable of working with knives/sharp objects.
• Must frequently immerse hands in hot water.
• Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced, commercial kitchen setting preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
