Dishwasher/Utility

Position Summary: The Dishwasher/Utility team member plays a key role in keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. This position supports the kitchen team by maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and overall workspace readiness. Schedule: Monday through Friday, beginning at 9:30 AM, approximately 30 hours per week. Shift lengths may vary based on production needs. Accountabilities/Duties: Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standardsMonitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelinesGathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drainsAssists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies deliveryPerforms routine cleaning of refrigerator, cooler, and bathroomMaintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record Requirements & Work Conditions: Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to lift up to 35 poundsRole is repetitive and detail-oriented in natureAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAble to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to operating procedures and health and safety standardsDemonstrates attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and complianceSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications: No formal education or experience required Previous experience in a dishwasher, kitchen, or foodservice support role is a plus Compensation & Work Environment Compensation: $12 per hourSupportive, team-focused work environment Employees at a franchised Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery location are employed by the franchise owner/operator and are not employees of Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate (the franchisor).
