Dishwasher/Utility

Department 11903 Atrium Health Cabarrus – Food and Nutrition. Full-time, benefits-eligible, 40 hours per week. Various shifts including weekends and holidays (rotating weekends). Hourly pay range: $18.85 – $28.30.

About the role

Ensures that all tableware, pots and pans, utensils, other kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitary.

Responsibilities

• Operates dish machine by standard procedures
• Operates 3-compartment pot sink by standard guidelines
• Inspects all washed items for cleanliness
• Transports all clean small wares to their proper storage place
• Properly disposes of all garbage and cardboard boxes
• Properly sweeps and mops all hard floor surfaces during each shift and cleans up all spills on hard floor surfaces
• Keeps all storage facilities clean and organized
• Follows all scheduled cleaning assignments

Requirements

• No education required
• No licensure, registration, or certification required
• No experience required
• Able to operate the dish machine
• Able to follow MSDS guidelines for safely working with chemicals

Hourly range: $18.85 – $28.30
