Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, inventory, and issuance of Banquet & Restaurant Equipment
• Follow required procedures for handling, cleaning, and disposing of food and beverages
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
• Assist in some food and/or tray preparation, as needed

Requirements

• Previous stewarding experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions

• Work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat)
• Frequent walking, climbing into and out of vehicles, and occasional stair climbing
• Repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying: up to 15 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent twisting, bending, and squatting; occasional kneeling or crawling; infrequent ladder climbing
• Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements, pushing, pulling, and simple grasping; occasional squeezing, overhead reaching, and fine manipulation
