Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and issuance of Banquet & Restaurant Equipment.
• Follow required procedures for handling, cleaning, and disposing of food and beverages.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Assist in food and/or tray preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous stewarding experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat).
• Must be able to walk, climb into and out of, and operate a vehicle frequently, with occasional stair climbing.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
