Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils clean and sanitized.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three‑compartment sink and related areas clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co‑workers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
• Adapt to changing duties as needed without formal notice.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and engage in extended walking and standing.
• Willingness to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
