dishwasher/salad person

Night-time positions available for a dishwasher and a prep/salad person at Godfather Restaurant in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing vegetables and fruits for salads and other dishes.
• Portion and arrange salads and other cold dishes.
• Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during night shifts.
• Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen prep is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
