Dishwasher / Porter
About the role
As a porter/dishwasher at Boqueria®, you will ensure that the restaurant's kitchen and dining areas are always properly cleaned. You will provide guests with spotless cutlery, plates, and glassware, and keep pots, pans, and kitchen tools clean and ready for the line cooks to create delicious dishes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
- Clean and sanitize cutlery, plates, and glassware
- Wash pots, pans, and kitchen tools to keep them ready for use
Requirements
- Positive attitude and ability to tackle tasks with enthusiasm
- Strong team player mentality
- Attention to detail, ensuring every dish is spotless
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, reach, and twist
- Must be at least 18 years old
