Dishwasher | Part-Time | Keesler Federal Park (MGM PARK)

Responsibilities

• Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition, free of any contamination risk.
• Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.
• Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
• Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
• Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is helpful.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests.
• Possession of a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.

About The Venue

The Dishwasher washes and sanitizes all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares at Keesler Federal Park, a Double-A Biloxi Shuckers stadium located on the scenic Mississippi Coast. Opened in 2015, the park offers fans an exceptional game-day experience with 4,500 reserved seats in the seating bowl, a grass berm, two open-air party decks, a terrace, 12 luxury suites, and a spacious luxury club. It also features a state-of-the-art 1,472-square-foot scoreboard, making it one of the premier destinations for baseball on the Gulf Coast. The Shuckers, the Milwaukee Brewers' Double-A affiliate since 2015, reflect the coastal city's rich seafood heritage and have produced numerous Major League Baseball stars, including Corbin Burnes, Josh Hader, Brandon Woodruff, and Devin Williams. The ballpark also hosted the 2019 Southern League All-Star Game, further solidifying its place in Southern League history.
