About the role
Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is seeking a Dishwasher (Campus Inn Aide) to help provide residents with quality meals and a dignified dining experience. The position offers a friendly work environment guided by Christian values. It is a part‑time role with up to 20 hours every two weeks, requiring availability for evenings, holidays, and rotating weekends.

Campus Dining includes The Campus Inn and Harmony Café in the Harmony Ridge building, where team members may provide table‑side service at The Campus Inn for dinner or quick orders at Harmony Café for breakfast and lunch.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, pots and pans, equipment, and work areas of the kitchen.
- Follow specific detailed instructions, policies and procedures, including sanitation and infectious control standards.
- Maintain fire and safety standards.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous experience in dining and/or a health care setting is preferred.
- Ability to read work‑related materials and follow directions.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to routinely interact with residents, families, team members, and visitors.
