Responsibilities
- Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions
- Foster a connected, team-first environment by assisting kitchen and service team members as needed
- Maintain awareness of the work area and support overall kitchen flow throughout the shift
- Demonstrate a service-oriented, optimistic, and professional attitude at all times
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and Heart of House (kitchen) equipment
- Clean and maintain trash bins and deposit garbage in designated dumpsters
- Keep floors clean and free of spills, food, trash, and other obstacles
- Clean walk-in cooler and dish area daily
- Organize and properly store all clean dishware, pots, pans, and storage bins
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties
- Maintain all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and Health Codes
- Ensure all utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly
- Operate, assemble, disassemble, and descale the dish machine as needed
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain proper rotation of dishware, pots, pans, and storage items
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume Heart of House environment to contribute to a memorable experience for fans (guests)
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds
- Will seldom be sitting, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds
