DISHWASHER (PART TIME)

About the Role

We are hiring immediately for a part-time DISHWASHER position at Sodo Culinary Cascade Kitchen in Tukwila, WA. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, washing them by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures to ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silver using appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards, including temperature and chemical levels.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash, steam clean or hose out garbage cans, and transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

No previous experience is required.

Qualifications

Ability to follow outlined safety and sanitation procedures.

Pay

$23.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time; Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
