Responsibilities
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Clean food-prep dishes
- Clean dishes during food service
- Close the dish station during late night
- Clean all equipment and kitchen areas
- Perform any other assigned duties
Requirements
- Able to work efficiently and quickly
- General knowledge of basic kitchen practices and procedures
- Reliable transportation
- Must have weekend availability
