Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, utensils, and smallwares moving through the machine and back to the line.
• Maintain a clean and safe dish pit and kitchen floors.
• Assist wherever the team needs a hand to keep operations flowing.

Requirements

• Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in a job done right even when nobody’s watching.
• No prior experience required; many cooks and managers started in this role.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, lift up to 50 lb, and perform bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
