Dishwasher/Janitor

About the role

As a Janitor/Dishwasher at Chuy’s, you play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly, safely, and looking as fresh as our famous tortillas. You ensure every guest enters a spotlessly clean and welcoming environment and provide the necessary clean tools and organized workspace for our kitchen team to prepare delicious food quickly.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, common areas, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed
• Assist with setting up and cleaning tables between shifts
• Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
