About the role

As a Janitor/Dishwasher at Chuy’s, you play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly, safely, and looking as fresh as our famous tortillas. You ensure every guest enters a spotlessly clean, welcoming environment and provide the necessary cleanliness and organization for our kitchen team to prepare and serve high-quality food quickly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the restaurant’s facilities, including floors, restrooms, and common areas
• Prepare and maintain dishware and kitchen equipment
• Ensure the kitchen is organized and ready for the next shift
• Help maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours
