About the role

As a Janitor/Dishwasher at Chuy’s, you play a crucial role in keeping our restaurant running smoothly, safely, and looking as fresh as our famous tortillas. You ensure every guest enters a spotlessly clean and welcoming environment and provide the clean tools and organized workspace needed by our kitchen team to prepare and serve high-quality food quickly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the restaurant's facilities, including floors, restrooms, and common areas
• Prepare and serve meals to kitchen staff
• Ensure the kitchen is organized and ready for meal preparation
• Handle waste and recycling appropriately
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good physical condition to perform cleaning tasks
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
