Dishwasher- HopCat
East Lansing, MI – We’re hiring dishwashers for our busy HopCat location. A great opportunity for 16 and 17-year-olds!
About the role
You’ll receive training in our industry-leading recycling/composting program, helping us divert up to 90% of our kitchen waste from landfills. If you want to stay longer term, you’ll have opportunities to learn prep and line cooking.
HopCat is known for our huge selection of craft beers on tap, our famous Cosmik Fries, and a full menu of entrees, shareable apps, burgers, and more. Our mission goes beyond food: we create welcoming, inclusive atmospheres where guests and employees are encouraged to be themselves.

Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and sanitized dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines
- Sort and dispose of waste according to our recycling/composting program
- Assist with basic kitchen prep and line cooking as needed
