Dishwasher / General Utility Worker - The HUB at Douthit HIlls - Clemson Univ.

About the role

As a General Utility Worker you will maintain the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environments we work in, helping to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas
• Keep equipment clean and in working condition; report any issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets

Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures
• Can follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Meets physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
