About the Organization
Martin County Hospital District (MCHD) was organized in 1967 and serves Martin County, Texas, located in the heart of West Texas. The original hospital, opened in 1949 near downtown Stanton, was replaced in 2012 with a state-of-the-art 18-bed facility on I-20, designated as a Critical Access Hospital.
About the Role
To be successful as a Nutrition Aide, you must be detail-oriented, well-groomed, and act professionally. The role requires teamwork, the ability to follow directions and time schedules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You should have a general knowledge of nutritional diets and experience working with a commercial dishwashing machine.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire if not already certified)
- No prior experience required; entry-level position
- Bilingual ability is a plus but not required
