DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)
About the role
Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time DISHWASHER to join the team at Chicago Bears - 1920 Football Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time with varying days and hours, including weekends. Previous dishwashing experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Washes pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures.
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers.
- Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Helps load and unload supplies and product.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous dishwashing experience is required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus is available.

Pay
$18.50 per hour to $19.00 per hour. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service available at select locations.
