About the role
We are hiring immediately for full-time Dishwasher positions at the Amex Lounge, 2333 South International Parkway, Dallas, TX 75261.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule
- Days may vary
- Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of dishwashing experience
Responsibilities
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash by hand or place in racks/conveyor for dishwashing machine
- Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures
- Polish silver using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth
- Maintain compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Monitor temperatures and chemical levels per provided standards
- Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- Remove trash and place in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and product
- Perform other duties as assigned
Pay
- $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
