DISHWASHER (FULL TIME)

Location: 550 S Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202

Previous dishwasher experience required. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday – Friday, morning shift

Pay

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash by hand or load into dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth per assigned procedures
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food-prep surfaces
• Remove trash and place in designated containers; steam-clean or hose out garbage cans
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; help load and unload supplies and product
• Perform other duties as assigned
