About the role

At Paradies Lagardère, our Dining Division is a true restaurateur, passionate about connecting with guests through inspiring design, live entertainment, top-notch culinary offerings, and exceptional hospitality. The Utility Associate is responsible for restocking retail and kiosk locations, transporting product from shared kitchens to restaurants, and providing timely, accurate, and friendly support to team members. You will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public while upholding our service standards and core values: TRIFIC (Trust, Respect, Integrity, First-Class, Innovation, Commitment).

Responsibilities

• Embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Adhere to core values (TRIFIC) and recognize and satisfy all restaurant guests while being accountable to Company and Restaurant Managers.
• Maintain a professional appearance by following grooming and uniform guidelines, including wearing slip-resistant shoes.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report any issues to management.
• Coordinate with kiosks and shared kitchens to ensure grab-and-go products are well-stocked and available for sale.
• Load carts with products from shared kitchens and deliver them efficiently to restaurants, kiosks, and retail stores.
• Maintain stock areas, rotate product, and perform light maintenance tasks.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Assist team members with stocking items as needed.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety standards.
• Help receive product and properly store inventory immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining restaurant environment preferred.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with proper sanitation regulations and chemical handling.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, demanding environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or with a team.
• Able to work unsupervised for extended periods and demonstrate good judgment with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and mathematics).
• Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing ladders, and walking long distances.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in environments with varying temperatures.
