About the role
A dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and all other food preparation and serving items
- Replace clean items back in their designated areas
- Stock ingredients and other supplies when delivered
- Clean and check dish machine
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude, approachable, and proactive
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 6 months experience as a dishwasher in a full-service restaurant
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change easily
