Responsibilities
- Work as a Dishwasher during events
- Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
- Hand wash items as necessary
- Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
- Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times, especially during peak service time
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
- Ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas
- Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere
- Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends
- Work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements
- At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities (preferred)
- Applicable work history and Food Handlers license required in Texas
- Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk 8-12 hours
- Must be 18 years old
- Submit to a background check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay
Hourly: $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule
Part-Time: Weekends and evenings when events take place. Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, and late nights.
