Responsibilities

• Work as a Dishwasher during events
• Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
• Hand wash items as necessary
• Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
• Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times, especially during peak service time
• Remove garbage regularly
• Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
• Ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas
• Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere
• Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends
• Work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities (preferred)
• Applicable work history and Food Handlers license required in Texas
• Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk 8-12 hours
• Must be 18 years or older
• Submit to a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Hourly: $20 per hour

Schedule

• Part-Time: Weekends and evenings when events take place
• Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, and late nights
