Responsibilities

• Work as a Dishwasher during events.
• Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher.
• Hand wash items as necessary.
• Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately.
• Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times, especially during peak service time.
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas.
• Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends.
• Work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities (preferred).
• Applicable work history and a Food Handlers license required in Texas.
• Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk 8-12 hours.
• Must submit to a background check.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Hourly: $18 per hour

Schedule

Part-Time: Weekends and evenings when events take place. Must be available and willing to work weekends, holidays, and late nights.
