About the role

As a Dishwasher at Touchmark on West Century—Bismarck/Mandan’s leading full-service retirement community—you will enrich lives each day by helping to maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen alongside other members of our Dining Services team. An organized kitchen ensures Touchmark residents and guests receive the highest quality meals, and that all begins with you. Meals can’t be cooked, plated, or served without clean utensils, dishes, and equipment. By taking ownership of this responsibility and anticipating the needs of the kitchen, you will help ensure everyone on your team is successful.

Hours consist of a mix of day/evening shifts ending by 7:30 pm. Some weekends and holidays will be required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, sanitize, and stock dishes and utensils
• Correctly and safely operate kitchen equipment
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, team members, and visitors

No prior experience is necessary.

Pay

Starting at $17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience.
