Dishwasher

Duties And Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
• Clean food prep stations and equipment
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or general education degree preferred
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, carry, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds independently
• Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
• Must be able to squeeze and overhead reach occasionally
• Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on various terrains and uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
