Responsibilities

• Remove soiled plates and flatware from tables, wash them thoroughly, and reset tables
• Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
• Prepare dining areas and kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations
• Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, and mixers
• Sweep and mop floors as needed
• Empty and clean trash receptacles
• Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

• Minimal working experience required
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 20 lbs
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
