About the Role

The Addison of Bluffton, a premier retirement community in Bluffton, SC, provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper cleaning and handling of all utensils, pots, pans, china, glassware, and silverware in the dishwasher area.
• Cleans and sanitizes all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals.
• Cleans and organizes all dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed.
• Handles the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas.
• Assists the cook on the serving line during meal periods.
• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.
• Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by Corporate SSL, State, and Federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED preferred.
