About the role

As a Dishwasher, you are essential to the kitchen's rhythm. You will manage the cleaning and sanitization of all service ware and kitchen tools while maintaining a safe, organized workspace during our busiest shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and heavy cookware.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, including sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash regularly.
• Assist the culinary team with light prep work and ensure all stations are stocked with clean items throughout service.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper chemical usage and handling hot equipment safely.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours) and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Pay

Starting pay in Huntsville typically ranges from $13 to $16+ per hour based on experience.
