Responsibilities

• Run dishes and silverware through the dish machine following proper procedures.
• Clean and maintain designated equipment and areas as assigned by management.
• Keep the dish room clean at all times.
• Maintain a sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.
• Clean the dish machine after every meal.

Requirements

• Standing and/or walking for 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 30 lbs.
