About the role

LTD Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
• Sweep and scrub floors.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Follow sanitation standards at all times making sure to follow proper hand washing techniques as frequently as possible.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by employee’s supervisor and/or manager.

Requirements

• Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Able to work under a high pressure environment.
• Less than a High School Diploma.
• Able to grasp have manual dexterity.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
