About the role

The Dishwasher performs various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and storage and rotation of food and supplies. Handles all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards, complying with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and pots
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas
• Store and rotate food and supplies according to sanitary standards

• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces
