Dishwasher

About the role

The Dishwasher performs kitchen cleaning and storage tasks including dish washing, pot washing, general and equipment cleaning, and storage and rotation of food and supplies. Ensures all food handling, storage, and cleaning activities comply with sanitary procedures and standards as well as federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and pots
• Clean kitchen equipment and general kitchen areas
• Store and rotate food and supplies according to sanitary standards
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
