About the role

The Dishwasher/Kitchen position at The Worthington maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards for dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position ensures work areas are kept as clean, safe, and sanitary workspaces. Complies with federal, state, and local standards for community operation. Incorporates Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods.
• Ensure work areas are kept as clean, safe, and sanitary workspaces.
• Comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation.
• Incorporate Generations Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous experience required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
