About the Role
The Dishwasher is a key team member of the Back of House, responsible for assisting the kitchen and front of house with cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining stock of utensils and flatware. This role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient dining environment while upholding the company’s core values and high standards for guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the sanitization program and ensure compliance with health department and company standards.
- Keep line cooks stocked with utensils and flatware.
- Assist Back of House and Front of House with bussing, cleaning, and trash/recycle needs.
- Use kitchen cleaning chemicals properly and store them safely.
- Deliver superior customer service through fast, efficient, and accurate production.
- Multitask and cycle through responsibilities to ensure all duties are performed to company standards.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen, including timely maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Complete Primary and Secondary Responsibilities and Daily Duties at a superior level.
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods to set a positive example for the team.
- Perform work of other team members as needed.
- Keep company passwords and intellectual property confidential.
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, systems, and processes.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age.
- High school graduate preferred.
- 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to follow established protocols.
- Dependable, honest, trustworthy, and possesses integrity.
- Positive attitude and strong personal drive.
- Courteous and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
- Successful completion of General Team Member Training Certification.
- Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of company products and procedures.
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Reliable transportation.

Schedule
Scheduled working hours range from Sunday to Saturday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with shifts varying from 4 to 8 hours in length.
