Responsibilities

• Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area
• Breaking down trays, setting up the dish machine, washing dishware, and sorting and storing all clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures
• Emptying trashcans and washing the inside and outside
• Thoroughly cleaning the dock area and dumpster
• Breaking down the dish machine and cleaning inside and outside
• Cleaning all breakdown tables
• Cleaning tile walls and baseboards
• Setting up and breaking down lunch in the employee cafeteria
• Maintaining the food area's cleanliness

Requirements

• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Ability to communicate well with guests
• Willingness to “pitch in” and help co-workers with their job duties as a team player
• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule with varying shifts in the morning or evening
